What Documentation You Receive
Certificate of Recycling
Every processed shipment is closed with a Certificate of Recycling confirming that cylinders were received, processed, and recycled at our Georgetown, Ohio facility. Each certificate is tied directly to the originating shipment and serves as formal documentation of completion.
Certificates include:
- Customer name
- Processing facility location
- Shipment / Bill of Lading reference
- Processing completion date
- Certificate issuance date
This certificate may be retained for internal records, environmental documentation, and audit purposes.
Documented Chain of Custody
From pickup to final processing, every shipment follows a documented chain of custody.
- Intake is based on the Bill of Lading
- Shipments are verified upon receipt
- Materials are processed under controlled handling procedures
- Certificates are issued only after processing is complete
This structure ensures traceability, accountability, and defensible closure for each shipment.
Facility & Operational Controls
All cylinders are processed at our purpose-built compressed gas cylinder recycling facility in Georgetown, Ohio.
Our operations are designed specifically for the safe handling and recycling of compressed gas cylinders and associated contents, using standardized procedures aligned with applicable DOT and OSHA requirements.
Cylinder Recyclers operates as a specialized recycling facility and does not function as a RCRA Part B hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility.
